By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. We authorize you to use this Website, provided that you adhere to the restrictions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Our Ready to Purchase Store Signs and Products – Payment for all signs and products purchased through the royalneonled.com online store is collected at the time of purchase.You can pay using any major credit card.
Custom Neon Signs Text Only– You can use our ‘Online Design Tool’ to create text only designs and to get an estimate. We will then provide you with a final mockup of your design and price for your approval. Once an order for a customized product has been approved by you and paid for, it cannot be canceled or modified. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by you.
Custom Neon Signs Designed by Us– We offer a free design service, providing one or more designs for your review at no extra cost. If you have an idea, a ready logo, or a drawing of your concept, we will create a mockup for your approval. Once we receive your approval, we will send you an invoice with the final price. Once we receive your payment, production will begin. No changes or refunds are available at this point. Most payment cards are accepted.
The content, trademarks, artwork, and LED neon signs (the “Product”) available for sale on https://royalneonled.com are the exclusive property of RoyalNeonLed.com. Copyright for all designs sold on the RoyalNeonLed.com website and produced by RoyalNeonLed.com remains with RoyalNeonLed.com unless otherwise agreed in writing. The RoyalNeonLed.com trademark is registered with the USPTO under registration number [Your Registration Number].
You warrant to RoyalNeonLed.com that you either hold the copyright or have the necessary license to permit RoyalNeonLed.com to reproduce all materials you provide for the purpose of the Product. You expressly authorize RoyalNeonLed.com to use these materials for the creation of the Product.
You confirm that you have the rights to use any applicable trademarks that may be included in the Product.
You agree to indemnify and hold RoyalNeonLed.com harmless from any liability, losses, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any infringement of copyright or trademarks related to materials you supply for the Product.
All goods and/or services provided by RoyalNeonLed.com must be used for lawful and ethical purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, respecting copyrighted material. RoyalNeonLed.com reserves the right to refuse to produce any goods or provide any services that it deems unethical, objectionable, threatening, obscene, or pornographic.
We will ship the products to the address you provide during the checkout process. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any product that is lost or damaged during shipping. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We recommend opening your RoyalNeonLED.com parcel upon delivery. In the rare event that your sign is damaged during transit, RoyalNeonLED.com will ensure a resolution.
To be eligible for a replacement, damage must be reported within 14 days of receiving your RoyalNeonLED.com sign. Damage or faults reported after this period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty. Please note that the delivery date is the courier delivery date, which can be found in your tracking email.
If you believe your item was damaged in transit and you are within the 14-day claim period, please email your LED Neon Designer or info@royalneonled.com with the following:
– A clear photo of the damage to the sign
– A clear photo of the box and any damage to the outer box
– A clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
All sales are final and non-refundable. RoyalNeonLed.com accepts returns and provides refunds only for defective products. We will make every effort to resolve the issue by repairing, replacing, or issuing a full or partial refund. The final decision regarding returns, including refunds for the product and/or shipping costs, is determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of RoyalNeonLed.com. In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

RoylaNeonLed.com offers a 2 year warranty on our products which does not cover any damage made by you. All of our signs are tested before shipment. In the rare case that your sign from RoyalNeonLED.com appears to have a fault, we will ask for photos and videos to diagnose the issue. You might need to send the sign back to us for a replacement or repair. If you opted for installation or hard-wiring, RoyalNeonLED.com is not responsible for any costs related to uninstalling or reinstalling your sign. If an electrician has hard-wired your sign, it is solely up to us to determine if the issue is covered under our two-year warranty.
RoyalNeonLED.com Gift Cards can be used for custom signs with our online design tool, purchasing items from our Shop, and custom neon art by sending a quote request. They are valid for three years from the purchase date and cannot be redeemed for any other purpose. Gift Cards cannot be used with other discounts or promotions, nor can they be bought with discount codes. Treat them like cash; lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. They cannot be canceled or refunded. Products bought with Gift Cards can only be returned following our Returns & Refunds policy and cannot be exchanged. Gift Cards must be used in a single purchase, with no credit given for any remaining value. You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card, except in cases of fraud or negligence by us or our employees.
